Reclaims

We provide 1 year warranty on all products, but there are some exceptions when the warranty does not apply:

  • Errors caused by external imapct, eg fire, water damage, theft, thunderstorm or damage.
  • Errors that arise due to improper handling or interference with the product.
  • The warranty does not include filter kits.

We offer extended warranty to our products in the Coway- and Arctus Nordic-series. Contact us for more information.

How to claim a product:

  1. Fill in our form, found here (link form) or fill out our web-form below.
  2. If you use the downloaded form, please fill in all the information and send it to us by e-mail: info@albionnordic.com.
  3. A receipt from your purchase must be attached to your application.
  4. After we have received your application, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed with your case.

We ask you not to submit any products to us without our written approval!

Transport damage

When you receive goods from us, you are required to check if there is visible damage to the goods. If you find any damage, this must be notified immediately to the carrier in place and to Albion Nordic.

If you find a transport damage to the goods, despite the fact that the outer packaging is undamaged, you must notify Albion Nordic within 3 days of receipt of the goods. No compensation will be paid if the application arrives later than 3 days.

In case of damage, we ask you to describe in writing what is damaged and the extent of the damage. Also attach some crisp and clear photographs that show what is damaged. Damage notification is made by e-mail to info@albionnordic.com.
